How to add a new article into the knowledge base
Go to menu, click on "Knowledge Base"
Choose "Add Article"
Fill in new article information and choose "Save"
You can make updates and delete articles at any time
Each article has the following input fields:
Question field
Accepts single line input
For a frequently asked questions (FAQ) style website, use this field to write the question
For a knowledge base or documentation style website, use this field to write the article title
Answer field
Accepts multiple lines and paragraphs. Supports rich text formatting with different font styles, colors, bullet lists and links
