How to add a new article into the knowledge base

  • Go to menu, click on "Knowledge Base"
  • Choose "Add Article"
  • Fill in new article information and choose "Save"
  • You can make updates and delete articles at any time
Each article has the following input fields:

Question field

  • Accepts single line input
  • For a frequently asked questions (FAQ) style website, use this field to write the question
  • For a knowledge base or documentation style website, use this field to write the article title
Answer field
  • Accepts multiple lines and paragraphs. Supports rich text formatting with different font styles, colors, bullet lists and links
  • For a frequently asked questions (FAQ) style website, use this field to provide the answer for the question.
  • For a knowledge base or documentation style website, use this field to write the article content.
